Ocean One is a beautiful beach side condominium with pools and a two story gym, completed in June 2008. The beach is one of Barbados’s longest, close to the Gap on the south side of the Island. One floor of the gym is dedicated to cardio training machines and a second floor dedicated to a complete weight training circuit, and free weights. This air conditioned condo is gated with parking and has a fob entry system and an elevator. The condominium complex is professionally managed with a reception desk and night security.
This modern open concept condo comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has TV and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a bathroom with a soaker tub and rain shower. Both bedrooms have queen size sleigh beds, mahogany chests of drawers and wide closets.
The modern fully equipped Italian kitchen includes a wine cooler, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge with icemaker. The Italian granite counter wraps around the kitchen to form the eating area. The living room is surrounded by windows facing the beach and ocean on two sides and opens onto a large veranda facing the ocean and pools. There are two Italian leather couches, T.V. and 5.1 home theatre surround sound system in the living room. High speed internet, a local phone and a washing machine and dryer are included. The ocean facing patio has two cushion loungers and a table with four comfortable chairs.
Linen and towels are changed weekly ; maid service, cooking and child care are available.

By day informal attire is acceptable in most Barbados restaurants, but at night a more formal dress code is required. It is also recommended that dinner reservations be made in advance, especially December through till April.
