A rental deposit equal to 50% of the total amount at the time of booking and a $15.00 processing fee will secure your reservation. The balance of the deposit is due and payable 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your credit card at that time. If you book within 30 days of your arrival, the full cost of your stay is charged at the time of reservation. There is a 30-day cancellation policy. If you cancel with 30 days notice or more, your deposit, less a $40 cancellation fee, will be refunded to you. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, the entire cost of accommodation- is forfeited. A damage deposit of $1000.00 is required and can be secured by credit card at check in .This amount is not processed unless required, after check out. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Check in is from 3:00pm, and check out at 11:00am. Your Booking confirmation will be emailed back to you within 3 days.
